We have recently had to perform an offline restore on our exchange server, we also had to reinstall win2000 and so have had to recreate the users.
These users do not have permision to modify the content of their old folders in public folders.
We managed to reassign old personal mailboxes to the new user names but cannot do the same for the folders in public folders.
We are unable to take control of these folders as administrator.
Any help appreciated.
