Unable to access lotus notes database in laptops

Hi ,

We have deployed lotus notes to all our users desktop and laptops. The users in desktop were able to access all the databases without any issues. But laptop users are unable to access only one database that is accessible in desktop and also when laptop users try to access the same the laptop getys hanged. Kindly help me to solve this issue.
