I just upgraded to Netware6 from 4.11. Immediatley after the upgrade I installed SP2. I can get to Remote Manager but cannot access iManager. I get 'Internal Server Error'.

I have tried TID 10065902 Re-Install iManager - Upon re-install i had 8 files that asked to be overwritten. I did not overwrite. I am afraid to over write files for fear of affecting my other Apps.

I tried TID 10070972 - NWAPPS-NSEARCH.XML - this was not a 0 byte file so i left it alone

I tried TID 10068569 - Changed certificateDNS to certificateIP in the adminserv.conf file to no avail.

I also tried to change the Server name in Virtual Hosts section of adminserv.conf from name to IP.. to no avail.

Also, I am afraid to Uninstall SP2 as the Apps were installed after SP2.

Can anyone help with this?

Also, can the 90 license be changed to a lower limit?

Thanks for your help!! :)

Jerry

Do try TID10077029. I would rename it for backup and do a test if you're worried about losing something important. Mine was 0 byte, though, so it may not work...worth a try though.

After you blow it away, do a tomcat -u to unload tomcat and tomcat33 to reload without rebooting. I did it in the middle of the day and didn't disturb a thing (no guarantees of course <g>) Big happy dance when iManager suddenly worked for the first time.

I had the same problem and tweaked for a month and a half before following this particular Novell TID fixed my problem! Internal Server Error is the same message I was getting. Note that I had tried a number of other things prior to this and had worked my way up to the "Internal Server Error" message, so it's possible that my success came from a unique combination of tweakings...if so, repost, and I will try to recreate my path of troubleshooting changes for you.

Also, I researched iManager problems endlessly over the course of the past month and a half and be assured: you are not alone! in having problems with it.

Thanks Datadrudge!!
I will try this as soon as i get some free time and let you know. After many hours of research, I realized that it is definitley a problem.

Just tried it and no luck. When i did a tomcat -u it said loading java.nlm. When i did a tomcat33 it also said loading java.nlm
