Unable to access file (CATALOG.DB)

Had this in the log this morning. Not sure why it wouldnt be able to read all of a sudden. Any thoughts? I was expecting this job to have a "Finished" status when I came in, but this is the ONLY thing in the job that errored out.
 
This is a *.tmp file. It was probably in use when ARCserve tried to access it. Don't worry about these kind of files, ignore them or, better, filter them out using wildcards.
