Unable to access bcm mointor

I have a lcation where I can't access bcm monitor once I type IP address of bcm and pswd I get Unable to connect to ip address ( err 300 ). I have removed program and re-installed etc. from bcm 50. It was working fine 2 weeks ago.
Any advice

had the same issue many times.... try to reboot BCM. this should fix it

can a bcm be rebooted remotely via vpn connect. Or do I need to be onsite.

Have you tried to ping the BCM?

yes i can ping with no problem

If you can telnet in you can reboot.
