Unable to access a particul VM box extension

Good evening,

I am having difficulties accessing a particular number in VM. x6476. All other VM boxes I can access. View/modify, delete, etc.

Whenever I access (view/modify) this particulare VM I get this
system respones:

"A system error occurred, and the user was not modified. Try again later."

When checking the system status this is what it gives me:

System Status: InService Alarm Status: Critical=Off Major=Off Minor=On

Last Event: 102-42 Cannot read mbox 1-0-0-6476.UI13:04:05:uaRdMbox: 14/23 19:07

Link Status: 1-7-2: InService

DSP Port Status Storage Used
Node Type Status Active Idle OutSv Faulty Pending Others Voice Text

Any advise or assistance would be greatfully appreciated. Thank you.

see if you can out that box & re-build it

I tried that. deleting the VM box. it gives me the same error response:

"A system error occurred, and the user was not deleted. Try again later"

It's unusual. It is only for this particular mailbox. This mailbox does exits in the system too. Trying to add the mailbox it prompt me with this:

"Enter a new Local Voice User mailbox number > 6476
Cannot add the user because the user already exists".

It's there, I just cannot view/modify or even delete it.

I'm afaid ETAS will have to be involved in this one. Before I called in Nortel, I would courtecy down the system & bring it up, and try to delete again, then turn over to Texas. Good luck.

could be someone already has that box open.
Before calling ETAS and geting ungodly dollars...
I would try rebooting the system. Any box being held open will be shut and any memory errors will go bye bye.
