Unable to Accept Appointments

I have one user who is unable to accept some of his appointments. It is very random, not all of the appointments. I initially thought the appointments were ones that were changed or updated, but that is not the case. Any ideas?
 
Unable to accept in BlackBerry or in Outlook, or both?
What happens when he tries to accept?
Why do you believe it's not a case of appoontments that were updated or changed?
Any delegates opening them?
 
Unable to accept on BB. When he tries to accept he gets a red X.
It is not a case of updated/changed appts.
Not sure about delegates but will check that.
 
unfortunately, that is not the case either. Just checked with him and no one is a delegate or has access to his calendar...
 
You might have already checked this but, can you ensure they've selected the correct time zone in the date settings.
I've seen this have an effect on sending mail.
