My Laptop computer is unable to send ot receive email in Outlook 2003 despite fact that all server and other settings are definitelly correct. No errot message appears when I try to send or recieve but the task gets done in a split second and nothing happens. When I use Outlook's test message function all the tasks of sending and receiving are performed withou error. However when I try to send or recieve in Outlook nothing gets sent ot received. Timeout settings are normal and I cannot figure out what to do. Would appreciate some HELP.
