Dear everybody,
My company use M1 Option 11C PABX. Why someone call un-used in my company will automatically forward to the Main Line. Internally, I(8847) call 8870 will hear busy tone.
Eg. 2107-8870(un-used DN) ----> 2107-8850(Main Line)
Could anyone tell me how to overcome this event? I don't want the receiption(main line) listen so many un-used phone call(un-used DN)
