un-used DN forward to Main Line 1

Dear everybody,

My company use M1 Option 11C PABX. Why someone call un-used in my company will automatically forward to the Main Line. Internally, I(8847) call 8870 will hear busy tone.

Eg. 2107-8870(un-used DN) ----> 2107-8850(Main Line)

Could anyone tell me how to overcome this event? I don't want the receiption(main line) listen so many un-used phone call(un-used DN)

In CDB you will fint INT_DATA (Intercept treatments),
and here you will find CTVN (call to vacant numbers), and how these calls should be treated. It might look like this:

CTVN: OVF OVF OVF ATN

The first entry is for: station/DISA
second : attendant ectended
third : TIE trunk
fourth : CCSA/DID trunk

One of the following responses is required for each entry: ATN = Intercept to Attendant
BSY = Busy tone
NAP = Not Applicable
OVF = Overflow Tone
RAN = Intercept to Recorded Announcement
SRC1-SRC8 = Announcement Source Channel
