UMSDOS filesystem?

I would like to use RedHat on computer without partitioning the disk. I have found some informations about umsdos file system. Because performace is not important for me such solution will be good for me. How to install RH using umsdos?
If umsdos-solution is not possible: How to prepare cdrom with RH with specified configuration (something like Knoppix)?

Try SuSe Live-Eval from here:

This is a CD Rom image that will run direct from the CD without installing on your hard drive (adds a small control file on your disk only).
