We have a customer with an IP500 9.1 and VM pro running on a server 2012, when we connect using we get the Voicemail screen as expected and I can see and access all voicemails, however I can only select to play back through the phone and when I try to select playback via Widows Media Player I don't get any controls the box is just blank. Anyone had this before or have any idea what the issue could be?
