UMA not working for (1) user 1

I have a customer with Magix R4 and Messaging R4 utilizing UMA with Exchange 2003. It has been working great for 1.5 years, but now they are trying to add a new user and keep getting the same message: "Unable to create unification information for extension 152 on the Unified Messaging Application System.Invalid Data."

The customer has already tried deleting and re-creating the email address and verified the email address is ok and working. Any other thoughts?

Did they apply the June upgrade to Exchange 2003?? If so - remove it - it causes all kinds of problems with Unified Messaging - which may be related to your issue - usually Unified Messaging just stops working period - after the upgrade is applied.
