Has anyone encountered this problem yet?
We moved some mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010, now UM8500 will not recognize the mailboxes. Message waiting lights will not update and users cannot access voicemail via their phone.
Vendor recommended upgrade to UM8700. Are there any tips/work arounds to let users connect to VM vial phone?
