UM8000 Transaction box to transfer directly into subscriber mailbox

I have a Hotel who wants their night menu (a Transaction box) to transfer directly into mailbox for the one-key dialing choices, instead of ringing phones first. Have been toying with it for two hours and have had no luck. Windows will not let me run the greeting dialogs, so I can't do greeting copy from one mailbox to another.

Try setting the time out to go to the VM box with 1/2 sec of silence recorded as the greeting. Shorten the time out timer.
