UM8000 stuck on update

Hello!

I have an NEC UM8000 stuck on an update. I started the update from the web interface and now it is stuck at "Initialize:", it won't progress to "Extract:", etc.

It has been stuck for weeks, I've tried restarting it through the SSH interface, power cycling it and even pulling the card out, nothing has helped.

The voicemail system is still working and I can add mailboxes and reset passwords through the phone, but can't access the web interface other than the "Please Wait..." screen.

I do have PuTTY and WinSCP access to the UM8000.

I've tried our normal support provider and they aren't able to help.
