UM8000 group / broadcast mailbox issue

Have a strange issue with a group broadcast mailbox.

The mailbox works as desired, but until all recipients listen to the broadcast message, you cannot leave another message from that extension. If you go to another extension, it will work fine.

Any thoughts?

Two thoughts, one, upgrade the PBX to the latest version. R8 was just released. You should be at R7 at the very least. Two upgrade the UM8000. The latest version is 11.5.XX.
Your issue may be a limitation or bug which may or may not have been corrected or enhanced with the newer software.
