UM4730 shuts down everyday 1

I am covering an onsite for another technician. The UM4730 is shutting down each day and has to be rebooted to bring it back up. The time is off on voicemail and i remember that the VM server looks at PBX time. They are off by 6 minutes. I need to bring system down to sync time using putty. My question is, where do i find threshold for time difference and what is causing the time to go slow down?

is there a way to automatically send callers to Operator if Auto attendant is not up assuming the main DID cannot reach auto attendant?
