I setup all of the config screens with 1 exception - IMAP server. We don't have one and don't use it. I want CP to send me my messages as WAV files to my e-mail address - this way I can listen to them on my smartphone. It doesn't work. I had our guys sniff it and CP is looking for the IMAP server even though we aren't using that piece of it. If I uncheck the IMAP section, My Call Pilot stops working???? Does anyone know a way to just send using SMTP only???

UM Remote Messaging as WAV file to Exchange

Are you using DeskTop Messaging, if so I think what you are trying to do can be set up with Call Frowarding rule feature turned on in Mailbox Class of the user and in there you can choose to send as .wav file.....
