Hi,
My knowledge is mainly with Nortel systems. But I got this customer asking me for some basic reprogramming on his Panasonic NS700.
I've seen better built interfaces in the past but I managed to find my way around stuff, yet there is ONE thing I can't figure out.
When callers get through the UM, they can press 2 and get redirected to set 228. 3 goes to set 224.
Where can I modify those redirections/shortcuts/?
