I currently have one user who has the Nortel CallPilot Desktop Messaging Suite installed that is not able to connect to the BCM and download the callpilot address book.
I have compared this users setting to everyone else who has the callpilot installed and the problem user has the Anonymous Login check box checked off in the properties of the CallPilot program. I would uncheck the box, but it is greyed out and will not let me do it. I have tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it as well but that did not help.
