UM Keycodes

Do you have to match the number of UM keycodes with the number of VM boxes? Have a system with 70 UM and 78 VM keycodes. The 71st vm box UM does not work...Even though not all of the other 70 users have UM setup.

They are 2 separate licenses. Do you have any users set up for message forwarding? If so, each one will utilize a UM license and they don't require the UM client to be loaded onto the users PC to work.
