UM 5 has tone at end of messages

Hello, I have just upgraded our Unified Messenger 4.01 using DSE to 5 with SP3. Now all the messages get about 30 seconds of busy tone at the end of every message.

I'm using Lucent 2 wire, I have moved the ports to a new circut pack, I replaced the Dialogic card. I have unistalled and reinstalled the Dialogic drivers.

Anyone else run in to this?
