Ultrium LTO2 Error 6

Hi,

I have an old Dell PowerEdge 2800 with an Ultrium LTO2 in it. This moring it has started to display error 6 on the display. Backup Exec is complaining about an I/O error and I am unable to eject the tape.

Does anyone know what error code 6 is?
