I had this happen about two years ago. I contacted APC support to trouble shoot my symptoms (warning beeper wouldn't turn off). After 2 or 3 emails back and forth, the conclusion was that the unit was not repairable.

HOWEVER they DID have a good sale on a new unit!!! <grin>

Seriously, I have a couple of dead units out back. I just pull the batteries for other uses. Unless it is a high power commercial unit - it's not worth the time or money. Contact the manufacturer to see if a board is even available.

Repairing isn't really a great idea and I don't see any parts availability from a QUICK search. Personally I'd stick with a more mainstream brand like APC, TrippLite, CyberPower and then you would have better parts availability. Use the TradeUPS program to get some (marginal) value out of the old unit when you have an APC.
