Hi

I have an Ultra 60 Workstation running Solaris 10 that stops at the ok prompt. I reinstalled the OS, it installed and reboot after the installation but after a system shutdown I get the ok. Ran boot -r at start up, the system found the hard drive but after another shutdown it stops at ok again. This started after the system being moved. It was unpluged at the time. I tried to reset everything inside the case but it seems to have no effect.

What is autoboot set to?

The internet - allowing those who don't know what they're talking about to have their say.

from the ok> printenv

auto-boot? should be set to true

check to make sure it isn't set to diag-mode.

Also make sure your boot devices are in the correct order
