ultra 1 creator disk limit size ?

its possible that on this machine "Ultra 1 Creator 200Mhz"
a disk size limit exist ?

i installed now me new 34.8 Gb sca disk
but she dont boot from cdrom

"open boot 3.25 - Bad nmagic nr in disk device"

What version of Solaris are you running?

i want to run with Solaris 9

Can you boot to cdrom in Single User Mode: "boot cdrom -s"
If so, I would try to run a format on the hard drive before you try installing the OS.

yesterday on 1 o'clock evening i have boot with the following command "boot cdrom -s" and i have started
the command format, 8 hour later its formating still

i late it work, and i go now to work,
but i write a little feedback.

The format command not only formats the drive but also checks each sector for defects. A defect list is created and stored so the drive will not attempt to store data on any bad sector. A 36 Gig drive will take a while.

Ok the formating time was 10 1/2 hours.....
without errors

now my system has booting succesfuly from cdrom
and the OS was installed without problems
