Ultimate Guide to AutoDL

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has a copy of the "Ultimate Guide to AutoDL". Since Microsoft no longer wants the headaches of supporting it any longer, they have done an extremely fine job in riding all traces of the "Guide" from the planet. The only copy of the "Guide" I can find is in Chinese and guess what, I do not speak Chinese.

Any help in finding this will be greatly appreciated.
