On my Windows 2000 server I am unable to find a file which does not exist and due to this the backup is not completing.

The file inconcern is ".,"

I have updated the server with all the patches, also tried unhiding system files, but joy.

we use BrightStore version 9.0 (build 2200)
Does any one now what this file is.
