UK Tones and Cadence settings for CME

Hi All

Can someone please help me out with a CCME network Im having trouble with?

I've setup the following as I need to use UK tones and the standard Cisco "UK cptone" still uses US tones!

voice class custom-cptone 1
dualtone busy
dualtone out-of-service
dualtone number-unobtainable

Now I've seen someone setup there router with the following and wanted to know how to setup for the UK!!

voice class custom-cptone Guatemala
dualtone busy
frequency 425
cadence 250 250
dualtone reorder
frequency 425
cadence 320 320

Can anyone help me out or point me in the best direction??

It looks like you don't need to use a custom-cptone as IOS has various country defaults built-in, you just need to configure the voice-port with the appropriate country setting.

Hi Andy

The GB ones are WRONG, the customer dose not want the fast bussy! I've try a bunch more and the only on real close is the "AE" United Arab Emirates. All the tones match the UK apart from when you call someone and the ringing is not UK (no where near in fact).

So I have two options;

Find the default values for the AE and apply them to my C1 or C2 or change the GB ones. See bellow for an example of what I have to do.

OK Sorry forgot to mention! I'm trying to apply this to an FXS PORT! Dont know if this is possible??
