UK Support Contract needed

Morning All,

I've been given the job of finding a support contract for our Option 81 and Symposium v3 system. Nortel & Kingston won't touch us (I think a previous manager upset them) so I need as many contacts for UK Support companies as possible. If anyones got an idea of approximate costs, and whether or not a company is good or bad, it'd be very appreciated.

Thanks for the idea but I'm afraid we managed to upset them as well.

We really need to get hold of a 3rd party consultancy that specialises in meridian/symposium/call center support. Trying to find someone that does that seems impossible.

Contact beckett telecomm 0118 9409000. They are a 2nd user reseller and can put you in contact with someother maintainers.

What you can still try is to invite the old partners again and mention them the "pain" has left and you would like to retry, worked for me...
