(UK Only!) Connecting a IP Office system with SIP trunks up in Hull on a Kingston supplied line

Hello everyone

This thread is for those of you who are in the UK who may have done any IP Office configurations up in the Hull area where the system uses SIP trunks on the Kingston communications network.

We issue we have is that calls cut off after 30 seconds and that if answered by the Auto Attendant, and also any presses on the keypad such as 1, 2, 3 etc don't work.

We have rebuilt the system as close as possible at a different destination using the same router backup file, config, with a new IP Office system but on a different internet supplier (BT). We can't reproduce the problem, which tends to point the problem more towards the Kingston setup. I was wondering if other engineers have come across the same issues and if they have any ideas what need to be altered on either the router or IP Office system please?.
