UK English Compact Plus I-Rad help please?

This question is for anybody who is / has some knowledge of connecting to a Norstar Compact Plus via the systems built in modem (IRad). I have a test system & so far the only way I've been able to access it, is to use a Norstar external ERad (FastRad).
I have seen the settings within the Norstar programming referring to IRAD i.e. number of rings, fast / slow modem etc. Every time I try to connect, I get the message "RAD passcode rejected".
Having had read the info for the North American software versions, I've used the System ID & even the debug code with no luck!. My version of NRU is 10.0 & my Compact plus is version 5.7.
I'm hoping that there is someone reading this, who has come across the problem before, who could point me in the right direction.
The other major problem that I have, is the "MAP" files for the NRU 10 software. Although I have managed to get a couple of non USA files, I was wondering if it's possible to alter a MAP file to match another version of software?.
I don't know if there has been a MAP file made for the 5.7 version, as I get the "unkown browser" message appear.
Any help would be greatly apprieciated in my quest to connect to the system & if possible to be able to backup the database.

FB the default password is the system I.D. so either a glich you have or somebody has changed it, you can change it by going into PASSWORDS in CONFIG and should be the last item in the list if I recall.

I have not had the chance to play with the maps, do not think we have a 5.7 version but will ask if Nortel has the UK version ypour after.
