Dear Sirs

I need your help with these questions…

What is the default trunk access code in the UK, to seize an outgoing line to the PSTN?
Normally we use zero(0), but I think you use 9.

And ..

What is the default operator access code in the UK, to call an operator?
Normally we use 9, but I think you use 0?

And...

We need also info on restricted numbers in the UK.
What numbers do you normally block for your users in your PBX'es in the UK.
I would like to know this also.

Thank you - in advance.

Glad you go tit, but I'll post replies to help others searching.

Default for outbound is 9
Default for operator is 0
Premium rate calls start 09
Often 070's are also barred (not to confuse with other 07's which are mobile <cell> numbers) as these can also be premium rate.
118 are directory services and can be charged at premium rates, many fix to prefered supplier.
999 are emergency services, but 112 can also be used (european emergency number)

Ouch, nasty typo in that last post.

Sorry...
