I thought I had already posted this. Don't see it anywhere here, nor under 'My Threads',so I'll give it another shot.
We are running a 200CX at our US and CAN offices, both networked together.
Periodically when our US office calls the UK they will get a busy signal although th lines are not physically busy in the office, or busy signal when calls are forwarded calls to an answering service. It may take 7-8 tries to get through.
Our CAN office has not reported any of these problems.
I doublt this is a PBX issue, but I wanted to make sure. Is it possible it could be a carrier issue with the US office? Has anyone experienced this before? Apparently when calling within the UK to the UK location there's no problems, and as I said the CAN office has not experienced any isues, so I don't think it would be an issue at the UK location. MAybe it's a Commonwealth of Nations thing?
Thanks
