how do you mean by "ONLINE EDITIOR"?
are UK based and support PHP, read through on there for info
They're good, but i find the hosting a tad over priced for the features you get.

UK based, low prices, reseller accounts with unlimited bandwidth and webspace. Excellent support.
I've used them for a few years.
Recently I had to move one account to another host... and I am now looking at ways I can move back to BPWeb.

How about you take a peek at the guys at Freshlook Hosting. I've been using (and referring to clients) their services for over 18 months now and remain happy. To my knowledge they are UK based.
They have a very nice pricing plan for reseller accounts - perfect if you are a web developer. PHP, ASP are part of every package and they offer ColdFusion, mySQL databases as well.
