Hi,
I'm coming from a Meridian, CS1K, Mitel & ISDX background, and I'm looking for advice as to what Training I need to get me started on Avaya Red Products, I've already had the Avaya Aura Contact Centre 6.2 Training a few years back but I've had very little exposure to it since then, I've not touched Avaya Red Products at all. I'm expecting to be brought up to date with the AACC 7 Training but its the other Avaya kit like System & Session Manager etc. that I'm going to need.
If anyone has a Training Plan or could suggest a route It would be much appreciated, I've looked on Avaya's Website but ended up going round in circles.
