OK so we have a new IPOCC about to go live and we have some issues with the UI that may cause problems!

The customers uses Terminal Services and the Terminal server is in the cloud.
The host translates IP addresses too (not sure how this works exactly, but could clarify)

The UI would not work at all, just says No License Server available and as it's not yet supported I doubt we will get any help to sort that.

We tried the Web UI yesterday with mixed results. They are using 2 terminal servers one of which also uses a web proxy.
The one without the proxy works fine (HTTPS on port 28443)
The one with the proxy doesn't work. We just get a blank white screen.

We are using IE as Chrome not installed. We can try Chrome but is sounds more like a networking issue?

Anyone have any experience of this or who could shed any light??

Many thanks!

I've only tried the CCUI over Direct Connect and got the same results as you, main issue seems to be the CORBA interface that isn't able to handle this.

Since the WebUI work without a proxy you would need to trace and see what ports it uses that isn't working.
WebUI logs might provide some answers but guess you would need to wireshark on the IPOCC server and compare with and without proxy.

Thanks Janni

Would you happen to know if this would be an issue?
The address is not the public address of the site, but in my test lab instead from pre-staging.
We are not using WebRTC though...

V5576a 08:44:30.403 CONFIGAPI_Info Web RTC IP Address file path: C:\ProgramData\Avaya\IPOCC\IPOPublicIPAddress.txt
V5577a 08:44:30.403 CONFIGAPI_Info Web RTC IP Address:86.53.21.75

It shouldn't be an issue connecting to the WebUI from an external address, but there's no telling what the proxy will do.

Sorted thanks the proxy was set to do nothing with port 28443!

All working now, cheers
