Ugraded BCM200 with Professional Contact Center

We upgraded a BCM200 to 4.0 and they had Professional Contact Center. They now need additional agent licenses. Would we sell them agent licenses for the Professional or the ICC? I didn't know if being at 4.0 made a difference or not.

You need to order agents for ICC.As soon as you upgrade a Bcm from a prior version to 4.0 the keycode gets converted to ICC.
