I have a customer with an 8x24 DR5 with DS. System is answered by auto attendant (startalk mini) when someone calls in, hang up, call goes to the operator as a ghost call.
Our service is coming from a CLEC on a T1 through a channel bank. I've had problems like this on channel banks before. Is there a setting in the system that can fix this or do a fight with the clec?
