Ugh! Disconnect Supervision 8x24? Channel Bank?

I have a customer with an 8x24 DR5 with DS. System is answered by auto attendant (startalk mini) when someone calls in, hang up, call goes to the operator as a ghost call.

Our service is coming from a CLEC on a T1 through a channel bank. I've had problems like this on channel banks before. Is there a setting in the system that can fix this or do a fight with the clec?

There are no settings for adjusting DS on an 824. I would suspect your channel bank is not passing the DS signal.

I assume you've got DS turned on in software. Just to add mud to the picture 824 DS was not always reliable in releasing lines even with a good clear DS signal from the CO
 
Ok where is that setting in the software. I assume is was simply enabled from the start.
 
Look under Configuration -Trunk/Line Data for each line and look for Super/Unsuper. If you need to change lines to Super you'll need to give the system a minute or so to reconfigure the lines after you exit programming.
