UDPSocket error = 10065

Can anyone help? If I boot up my laptop to the network it's fine, if I boot up at home locally, I get the error message UDPSocket = 10065. Clicking okay dismisses it for a split second and it then returns, it's impossible to get rid of.

search on google returns the 10065 is same as 10051.

10051 - WSAENETUNREACH - Network is unreachable.

A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network. This usually means the local software knows no route to reach the remote host.


How are your settings? will mail go in or out?
if you hit DNS Query Test. Does it respond?

Any event ID's?
