I have 2 R7 Legends with a point to point T1 that's been working fine.
In our main Legend, we just converted the main in/out T1 to PRI.
Now the remote Legend cannot make any outbound calls over that new PRI. It's used for all the in/out traffic of both Legends.
Inbound DID routes to the remote fine.
UDP works fine still, haven't touched those DS1 cards.
Any thoughts ?

My thoughts are that there are several dozen steps to program a PRI.

Any one of which, done incorrectly can cause problems.

I suppose you could do a "PRINT" of your PRI programming and POST it here and someone could look it over to see if there is something you missed.

Here's a copy of the PRI print for anyone who can look at it:

There's an existing pt-pt T1 ( non-PRI ) for UDP to another Legend within a very short distance that cannot access this PRI via ARS. Interestingly, I can use Remote Access and pool Dial Out Codes to get outbound calls from the remote Legend through the PRI.
