Hi,

My question is..

Is there a way to reject UDP traffic on the PIX F/W (think it's a 500 series version 6.3.3) ? Don't think just blocking the UDP traffic will work, we need to send a reject back to the client. Amy help most appreciated.

You can block UPD traffic and the PIX will discard the pakcet. UDP is a connectionless protocol so it does not wait for any acknowledgement so what you are asking is not possible on the PIX although you could send a RST flag to a TCP connection.
