I'm having the worst time trying to get this to work....

One building w/a separate subnet and a 2621 needs to forward DHCP requests to another building/subnet that has a 2500 connected via frame relay. I have the 'ip helper-address' command located on the ethernet side of the 2621, but I see no DHCP activity. Anything I'm missing???

Thanks,

Jason P. Gorman, CCNA MCP

DHCP is UDP in both directions.. so you need to have it enabled on BOTH sides.. not just one. I would also suggest using a directed broadcast instead of a single ip address.. ie.. instead of forwarding broadcasts to 192.168.1.1/24, you would forward to 192.168.1.255/24.
