UDP Broadcast with Fastnet ?

Hi..

I have been looking at both FastNet and the INDY components that ship with Delphi. My question is this, can you use the FastNet UDP component to broadcast data ? I have tried specifying an IP address wuch as 255.255.255.0 and 255.255.255.255 - but no luck.

The INDY UDP comonent does manage to braodcast data, but has other limitations - so I would rather use the FastNet component instead.

Do you know that FastNet is dead?
Better to look at ICS, Synapses or Indy.
