Hello All,
We have currently upgraded from using SQL Server 7.0 to 2000. The SQL Server 2000 software is on a new server as well that is running Windows Server 2003. We have a website on an NT computer that uses ASP.
The UDLs seem to work fine in that the test connection succeeds every time. However, it does not work. BUT, if we actually hardcode the connnection string into our webpages, we can connect to our database!
We set up a test webpage on another computer that is running Server 2003, versus NT. The UDLs work fine and can access the database.
We think there must be something going on with the fact that we're using an NT computer. Does anyone have any ideas?? Unfortunately we have to run the webpage off of our old computer at this point because of legacy programs in place.
Thanks,
Carolyn
