UCXDGE Expansion Module

New to the UCX. I have a UCX 50 with a UCXDGH and 2 UCXDGE Exp cabinets. I can get a phone to register on the DGH just fine but when I try either of the DGE's the phone just flickers. Using the Wh/ Bl of the upper connection. The DSM has 2 green lights on. The dip switch setting on both 32's are set to all on. Is there any programming that needs to be done in the DGE and if so what is the default IP address I can web to. Thank for any input

Some of those expansion modules have the ethernet connections mislabelled. If you have the cables plugged into the port that says EXP, move them to the other ones and power off reboot the DG and DGEB. I got caught by that early on with them. I thought they would have sorted that out by now.

The lower port on the expansion chassis is the correct one to use for the connection to the gateway.

Sorry for the late responds. That was the problem. It does seem they would have corrected this issue by now.
