1. One of our customer wants to form three groups of the users. For example, group A from estensions 200 to 300, group B from 301 to 400 and grsoup C from 401 to 500.. Is there any way I can change the dial pattern of the group to restrict the idd calls for simple way (like to change the "user right" in IPO500) instead of change it one by one for each extension.
2. For voice recording, is it possible to download the recordings by batches instead down load it one by one?
