ucx cloud + infinity one

I have an ucx cloud base platform and under process status, the Infinity one is running. when I put the ip address and :21326 the page just times out. I made sure the license is updated. what am I missing?

Check with their support if they opened the port 21326 in the security group of your virtual machine.
