UCX Caller ID Screen POP

Any one know if you can get the Caller ID Screen pop to work with line appearances?? The caller ID will flow through to the phone, but not to UCX??? I know that the User Guide states that somefunctions will not work with multicall.

I forgot to mention its a Mitel 3300, phones are 5312 and 5324.

Adding on to this thought...
Something similar on the 5330, 5340.
The call notification window that pops on the screen:
There are settings to show for:
"To My prime line"
"To my other lines"
"To any appearance"
Check em all but the only thing that will open a call information window is the prime line. Talked to tech support and was told the docs say "Prime line".

Looks like their caller id handling needs a bit of focus.
