We have a working UCP100 and Phone-Link with 100 CRM licenses installed for a customer.
Every morning either we or the customer has to restart the services on the Phone-Link Server to kick it back into life. We've rolled back the updates, tried using task scheduler to automatically restart the program, it still requires a manual restart.
Anyone else had this? I know its a PC issue, just wondered your thoughts.
