UCP100 with Phone-Link

We have a working UCP100 and Phone-Link with 100 CRM licenses installed for a customer.

Every morning either we or the customer has to restart the services on the Phone-Link Server to kick it back into life. We've rolled back the updates, tried using task scheduler to automatically restart the program, it still requires a manual restart.

Anyone else had this? I know its a PC issue, just wondered your thoughts.

on the services set them to restart on first . second and third failures . see if that cures ur issues

Have just set that up thanks. I had it on restart the PC on the first attempt, so will give this a try.

Unfortunately not!. On Friday the whole PC locked up and lost all the info anyway, so had to release the install key from Mondago and re-program the server back up. Will check again in the morning.

Then there's iCall!!!!!!! Did you ever find a stable replacement for logging/recording calls?
 
i spent alot of the time with i call/tolling them self's a few months back developing with them going through faults and bugs and i think most have been sorted. so just make sure all systems are on latest firmware and all icall products are well up to date .



we agreeded i go back every 6 months to go through all the faults and bugs i find to get fixes
